Hi folks-
I've noticed a lot of people posting that they're starting this week, or have been for a few weeks, etc... Thought it might be nice to hear from people as to how they're doing.
As for me, I started on the 6th, and didn't do very well the first few days. Got my act together on the tenth and have been doing well ever since! i've lost 6.5 pounds so far.
how's everyone else doing?

This is day 10 for me and still have lost only that 5 pounds I lost in the first 3 days. My ketostix still show only a trace. I am exercising and have gotten downright addicted to my water! >sigh< I want this so bad, but I really expected at least a couple more pounds by now.
