    I don't know what the jiggins has happened but my will power has totally slipped! Although I'm not officially 'cheating', I've been eating so badly. Too much sweetener, low carb bars, too much cheese. I haven't been counting my veggies and I haven't been drinking much (if any) water. I sometimes feel like I dont *want* to lose weight subconsciously because I keep sabotaging my efforts.
    This week has been appalling diet wise and can't possibly be healthy the way I was eating. I blame it on the fact I haven't gone shopping and I've had four essays (****!!!) to do so cooking hasn't been my main priority.

    Next week when all the busyness is over and I can stock up on veggies I will begin FROM THE BEGINNING to try and curb my sweet tooth (it never went), and start an exercise plan and count my carbs properly. I have never been the worlds biggest fan apart from swimming and walking, and I have noticed I've been getting smaller but WOBBLIER!!!! (what a gross word-if it even is one!) So thorough exercise is a must.

    So theres my new-month resolutions. It can be done..!! I keep a kick up the backside. Lol.

    Oh honey, I'll bet you certainly DO want to lose weight. With 4 essays due, you've been stressing and I may get yelled at for this, but it may not have been the time to worry about your diet. Definitely when all that business is over, start again. You can do this!

      I agree with Kate. You are uber-stressed. Take it easy. Do your best and do well on your papers and then worry about your diet. You are fine and going to be finer.
