yep, you will! And you know that you can do it since you already lost a lot of weight once. try to remember that it might be a bit slower the second time around though, and don't let it discourage you if it is slower, k?

That's what they say, and a lot of people seem to lose slower the second time around. It may or may not happen for you - you're male for one thing. ;-) You guys seem to just lose faster in general.

I just wanted to forewarn you that it might be slower so that if you lose less during your induction period this time as compared to last time you won't be discouraged and quit. it'll still work! Just might take a bit more patience!

the difference depends on how long ago it was and how your body gained the new pounds. did you just add fat and not new muscle tissues and such if so then your metabolism is slower and you will go slower but idf you added back muscle and everything else you will be able to work your Atkins just as hard as you did before and lose fairly quickly. Remeber too out brains have selctive memory loss and forgat many of the bad things we endure so many of the frustrations of patr 1 will not be there in your mind and part 2 will seem much harder 5too.

Oh abd you really need to get the new DABDR if you haven't already cause the rules changes in 2002 and you should have had some of your 3 cups of veggies with your breakfast to spread the carbs out. think of yourself as an engine and you need Atkins fuel grade which is 65% fats 30% proteins and under 20 net carbs now. iff you fuel up on just fats then you will knock like a car over u=or under fuel graded does.

          Happy low carbing.
