  • What's for dinner?

    Hi,

come on, post a few inspirations - what's for dinner today?

I'm having broiled salmon steak and a little creamed cabbage.

Steak again for me with a selection of veggies. But then I do have steak at least 4 times a week.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I'm having homemade chicken soup that's leftover from last nite. Lots of chicken it it too, can't wait. Plus a nice salad on the side.

Taco salad for us (minus the taco shells). Our fridge broke again this weekend (second time in a week) and I want to use up the cheese, lettuce, sour cream, peppers etc.

Chicken curry on shredded cabbage (couldnt get cauli!!) with an experimental Naan bread made with ground flax. Wasn't quite right but not bad for a first try.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Chicken stir-fry with red peppers, cauliflower, celery, butter, and a dash of Monterey Steak seasoning. Yum! That stuff makes anything taste good!

Yummy! I would like a mini sample of everything...LOL

Probably a steak for me tonight with some green beans and a small salad....

I really need to go to the grocery store. Tomorrow is payday so tonight is, find what ever is there and make it before I starve night.
