  • Three down and the Flax Crackers are back

    Three weeks down (6 lbs off) and made my famous flax and home ground wheat crackers! Man I love these things. Now if I can just control myself with them

    Doing about the same as last time with the loss, should be hitting my wall in about 5 more lbs! Then the real work begins

        So, sirsnacksalot - for those of us just starting on the grains rung - where's that recipe?? LOL

        F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
