I currently weigh 138. My goal is 120.
What is a realistic date to reach goal? I would love to get there by april 22, as I am going to montreal then. But 18 pounds in 10.5 weeks seems a bit unrealistic to me for some reason. So, my questions:
1. do you think it's possible?
2. if so, what's my best plan of action
3. if not, what's a realistic goal weight for april 22
4. and finally, what would be a realistic goal date for 120?
120 is my "normal" weight so it's not like I'm reaching for unattainable heights or anything. But, on the other hand, I don't know how fast I can lose 18 pounds!
