The Whoosh Fairy came a visiting...
and took away 3 pounds last night! I am so excited. That makes 8 pounds in my first week. I'm already feeling better about myself!

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

good for you. Keep working your atkins and please don't be disapointed if the scales slow down this week. Keep measuring and you will see ther inches of fat being shed.by the book atkinseer
