kinda dissapointed

    hey
    well i hop on with a VERY SLOW scale question

    i stepping on the scale this morning and i am only down 2.4 lbs
    i eat no more than 15 grams of carbs
    i work out 6 days a week (three days for 60 min and the rest for 45)
    i drink water
    i eat very little cheese etc
    i had one day that i ate alot

    so shouldn't i be losing more....i mean i thought that i would be down at least three lbs or 4.....

    is there something else i could do to jumpstart my loss?

    also
    could eating too little be an issue.....i eat a good deal around 1000 calories a day....but is that too little....i have never heard of eating too little hurting ur w/l?

    What week of induction are you on? 2.4 doesn't sound too bad to me...since you have 40 lbs to lose, 5% of your total would be 2 lbs.

      Hey girly. You absolutely can not eat enough! You have to kind out what your BMR is. http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ Figure out what it is, and you hace to eat ATLEAST that many to prevent your body from going into starvation mode.

      Also, you are exercising a lot, and probably lost more fat than that, but gained lean muscle mass as well. That's great! Ofcourse the scalles don't tell us THAT!

      Did you do measurements?

        don't forget this is a restart so you don't have as many pounds to lose this time. Weight loss is all realative for somebody needing to lose 40 pounds 2.4 pounds is the same percent change as 4.6 pounds for somebody needing to lose 64 pounds.

          It will be slower this time. I'd try to eat more than 1000 cals a day though, maybe 1200-1300 with 1 hour of exercise.
