well i hop on with a VERY SLOW scale question
i stepping on the scale this morning and i am only down 2.4 lbs
i eat no more than 15 grams of carbs
i work out 6 days a week (three days for 60 min and the rest for 45)
i drink water
i eat very little cheese etc
i had one day that i ate alot
so shouldn't i be losing more....i mean i thought that i would be down at least three lbs or 4.....
is there something else i could do to jumpstart my loss?
also
could eating too little be an issue.....i eat a good deal around 1000 calories a day....but is that too little....i have never heard of eating too little hurting ur w/l?
