    Day One - Induction

    Good morning, folks!

Today is Day One of Induction for me. Yes, I've been through this a few times in the past, but am still trying to make this a part of my lifestyle. I veer off course at times, but it is always on my mind.

Anyway, I know today and the next few days will be the worst...so I'm just looking to get past this hump.

    Happy Monday!

    ~Kat
Edited to add: I posted this orginally in the Induction Forum and found out later from a sticky that it was for newbies only...so sorry that there are two messages now in STAC that are similar.

One day at a time. Heck, one meal at a time. You can do it.

It is nice to know that you and Honey are starting today too!

Yes, just getting over the "hump" and Induction Flu will be the worst of it...then the rest should be fantastic!!

                Thanks for the encouragement!!

Oh Kittykat! I started all over again last Thursday. I'm gettin kinda tired of all this starting over, to be honest. But it's going well and I didn't have any flu this time. So good for you starting again! You can do it! We can do it! Yay us!!

That's what I need to remind myself of, 1 meal at a time will add up. 1 trip to the gym at a time. It all adds up.

I wonder what others do who are on the rungs (OWL) or in maintenance...when they mess up do they start Induction over or just pick up where they left off?

Well, LIR, we're in this together!!
