Day Two - Induction

I'm still alive!
I made it through the day and surprisingly I wasn't hungry and there were no flu symptoms. Yeah!

The only thing that popped up last night was feeling a little sick to my tummy when I went to bed, but it may have been caused by the BC pills -- I take them at night so any bad feelings will occur in my sleep (hopefully).

Well, I'm here...I came, I saw and I ate only what was on the allowed list. One day down cheat free.

Sounds like you're doing great! Today is also my day two, and I've had a perpetual headache most likely from going off of coffee. I've always gotten the "flu" pretty bad though, but it usually didn't hit me until day 4. Keep on truckin'!

Hi, I'm on induction day one and am anticipating a huge headache by 5:00! Congrats to you for doing so well! I am so motivated by your one day jump on me, it's not funny!! I have been down this road before, so I know how huge getting past day one, then two and three are! For my by day four sugar craving and "flu" are gone.

Erin, I'm so glad you're joining us!! We can all go through this together and it will sure help knowing we're not alone.

Yes, Day One will be the worst...then to get past the Days Two and Three should go a little easier -- then after that we should be home free! Yippee!!

Next Stop: One smaller size by the end of Induction -- coming up!!

Hi, I am back for day two! How is yall's day three starting? I had a headache by five like I predicted and I excpect to have one again today by four. Day three should be the end of the "flu" for me.
This morning I took my son to peruse the candy isle at the grocery store, (he's going to IMAX with his school) I had to leave and have him meet me at the register. I was irritated because I couldn't have any, not that I REALLY wanted it. I can't wait to be at day four, my cravings should be gone!
