  • Induction flu, where is it?

    Hi everybody,

this is my second time around and today is day 2 for me!
I remember the first time I suffered from headache and induction flu quite heavly from the very first day but this time

not even one symptom....is it normal? should I be just happy or concerned my body doesn't want to go into ketosis?

I think you should be happy. Times one and threee for me were fine no flu at all. Time 2 was bad. I think you can just be different each time

flu doesn't not effect ketosis flu is your body in withdrawal and jonesing for whatever you were addicted to before that it isn't getting now.

ketosis will occur as soon as you have bruned off your stored glycogen supplies flu or no flu.

      happy low carbing.

thank you 2big for your info
better dust my DANDR off for the third time

I guess I am not suffering from any induction flu because I have already cut out my worst addiction (caffeine) during my first time at atkins and didn't touch any since then!

will be patient and wait for my body to burn all stored glycogen supplies off
