    These are your results, I found the info online about the numbers! Looks pretty good other than your triglycerides being high and your hdl (good cholesterol) being a bit low. I am not a doctor, but you might ask how to go about fixing those, unless someone else here has had the same problems and can help! Hope this helped some.

    glucose =98
    10-110 Normal

    creatnine=0.7
    .6 - 1.2 Normal

    bun=16
    5-35 Normal

    total protein=7.0
    6.0 - 8.4 Normal

    cholesterol=186
    225 and under Normal

    triglicerides=310
    55-115 Normal

    hdl=58.7
    60 and above optimal (under 40 in men = not good at all)

    ldl=65
    Less than 100 Optimal

      Glucose:

      Fasting Blood Glucose (Blood Sugar) Level:

      The "gold standard" for diagnosing diabetes is an elevated blood sugar level after an overnight fast (not eating anything after midnight). A value above 140 mg/dl on at least two occasions typically means a person has diabetes. Normal people have fasting sugar levels that generally run between 70-110 mg/dl.

      Creatine:

      What are "normal" blood creatinine levels?

      Normal levels of creatinine in the blood are approximately 0.6 to 1.2 milligrams (mg) per deciliter (dl) in adult males and 0.5 to 1.1 milligrams per deciliter in adult females. (In the metric system, a milligram is a unit of weight equal to one-thousandth of a gram, and a deciliter is a unit of volume equal to one-tenth of a liter.)

      Link to BUN test info: http://www.labtestsonline.org/unders.../bun/test.html

      Protein:
      Total protein testing (also called TP or serum total protein) measures the amount of proteins in the bloodstream. Many different things can cause abnormally high or low protein levels. A doctor may order total protein testing to help diagnose kidney or liver disease, blood cancer, malnutrition or abnormal body swelling. Normal protein levels in the bloodstream range from 6.5 to 8.2 grams per deciliter Two of the main proteins found in the bloodstream are albumin and globulin.

      Choletsreol/LDL/HDL/Triglycerides:

      LDL CHOLESTEROL
      Less than 100 Optimal Goal
      100 to 129 Close to Optimal
      130 to 159 Borderline High
      160 to 189 High 190 or higher Very high (definite risk) HDL CHOLESTEROL
      Less than 40 Low (High Risk)
      60 or higher High (Optimal)
      TRIGLYCERIDES Less than 150 Optimal Goal
      TOTAL CHOLESTEROL
      Less than 200 Optimal
      Goal 200 to 239 Borderline High
      240 or higher High

        Found this too:

        However, recent evidence strongly suggests that an elevated triglyceride level is a significant risk factor for cardiac disease - especially when it is elevated as part of the "metabolic syndrome," sometimes called Syndrome X. (More on the metabolic syndrome on the following page.)

        The new guidelines that came out 4 years ago (May, 2001,) for the first time, recommend treating patients who have elevated triglyceride levels. This recommendation is based on recent analyses strongly suggesting that triglycerides are indeed an independent risk factor for coronary artery disease. The decision to treat is generally based on the triglyceride levels themselves. Normal triglyceride levels are less than 150 mg/dL. Borderline high levels are 150-199 mg/dl. High levels are 200 - 499 mg/dL, and very high triglyceride levels are greater than 500 mg/dL.

        For people with borderline or high triglyceride levels, treatment should emphasize weight reduction, proper diet and exercise. In some people with metabolic syndrome medical treatment may be necessary along with proper diet and exercise.
