Well, I am new to this forum so first let me say a BIG hellllloooo!!
I started Atkins again on Feb 28th. It is different this time because I just have a different attitude about it. I have lost a total of four pouds so far, which to some might not seem like a big whoop tee doo but to me is wonderful
. I am very excited. I am not going to sit here and tell you it hasn't been hard because it has been very hard at times. But to be honest, this time it isn't a killer. I have my goals in my head constantly instead of food. And these four pounds are wonderful. I used to think four pounds that is it. But now, I think four pounds that is a pound a day. WOW! I mean after all I put it on a few pounds at a time right. So, tonight I am going to bed a winner. I might not reach my goal weight in the next few months which is 125 I am now at 230.8, but I plan on doing it within a year. I know I can do it. I haven't started excercising yet, but come monday morning that is my new goal. One step at a time. Even if I can only start out doing 10 minutes I feel like that is better than nothing and I feel like atleast I will be developing the habit which is most important. And, then I can add the time and endurance and all that stuff. WEll, I know I can do it this time. I am going to get to my goal weight. I hope to do it before the year is out, but I am giving myself a year. You guys are going to be hearing a lot out of me. So wish me luck. And good luck to all of you. I hope all of you are going to bed a winner tonight too.
