  • all "egged" out

I am getting really tired of eggs, anyone have any breakfast suggestions...I try to only eat bacon and sausage on occasion because I know they are not the most healthy choice.

What phase are you in? Are you past the 2 week Induction? If so, try some yogurt.

I just had 5 scrambled eggs for breakfast. I think tomorrow will be a mock danish morning.

          Hi chrisie20,

Are you in the Induction phase? Obviously there are more choices the as you progress in OWL. But, for Induction, I have/had dinner leftovers quite often...also making an Induction friendly (crustless) quiche is yummy!

          Take care!

I often have some ham & cheese rollups using slices of peppered ham and gouda cheese - yummy!
Or a few small slices of microwaved flax bread with some ham or cheese.
Usually a few small cherry tomatoes with that.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Thanks guys, yes I am on induction still and plan to stay on it for an extended period...can you do the low carb yogurt on induction ...like the the the kind put out for the low carb diets that has three net carbs? Or is it not "right" for induction. And I am not familiar with flax seed or flax bread I live in a small community and honostly have a hard time finding a lot of "different" kinds of things. Where can you find these types of things. I usually do my grocery shopping and our local shop here and can't find it and have tried wal-mart supercenter and can't find it there either.
