  • The end of day six

Well today is the end of my day six. As many of you know I plan on doing an extended version of induction, so I am not exactly at my halfway point as some of the other members. But, induction doesn't really bother me. In Dr. Atkins book he talks about some people need a strict type a diet and I am one of those people. So, I kind of like it. Don't get me wrong I have my cravings and urges like everyone else. But I am finding ways to get around that. I have been cheat free for all 6 days! I am going to start and excercise routine tomorrow. So, I hope that will help increase my weight loss although I can't complain about the rate that I am losing at thus far. I am finding myself to start getting over the headaches. And the energy is really starting to kick in. And, I always have trouble sleeping at night, but I am starting to have some pretty restful sleep. I don't know how all of this ties in together, but I am sure it does somehow. The sleep could be that I loss my best friend Pepsi But, I have gained a new one...it is called rest and it is so nice. I am really going to try to stay off the scales for a few days, but it probably won't work. I like the feeling of success too much. I hope I do as well with the excercise because to be honest with you I hate it. I am not an excercise type person. I hope that it will develop into an habit that I like.

    Congrats on your hard work!

Have you considered starting a Journal in the Journal Chat sections? This will allow you to document your progress daily and to look back; often times posts like these get lost and you'll want to reflect on the changes you've made and your feelings. Just a thought!
