Ya, I guess sloooow is good, but you know, I've been doing Atkins for a whole 16 days now, and I'm not at goal yet, what's with that???? lol.

So many Canucksters with that quirky sense of humour, not too mention that crazy spelling (who spells humour with two u's, LOL). 2Big says that when we slow down with weightloss, it may be that our bodies are going through an internal chemical adjustment that makes us hang onto water as our bodies re-balance, and then another chemical makes us release all of that cell water and voila - whoosie.

Where do I apply for a whooshie every day? Is there a form to fill out, I tell you, for a daily whooshie, I'll go as far as filling out forms
