Today is Day 1 again and I am a little nervous. I have had lots of day 1's that mostly end up just being day 1/2. But as I see my body respond to the excess carbs and processed foods I know I have to make a go of this- if I truly want to feel better and look better.
The last time through I was somewhat successful, I did succumb to all the excuses and fell by way of poor planning, but still managed to lose 35. Now what could I do if I stayed legal 95-100% of the time?....hum.....
That is what I intend to find out.
