Well, I'm 9 days on induction, and had 1 little slip up and not even that much of one....but I didn't freak out about it and just stayed on track and stuck to it like it didn't happen. I was at a friends house, and she didn't know that I had started atkins again, and had prepared a nice lunch for us..I'm a weak person and it's hard for me to say no when I see someone put forth the effort to make me a nice lunch...but I told her I had restarted my diet so she would know for next time.
I woke up the next morning up 2 pounds *grr*
but I already lost it again so I'm back to 178, no big deal...it just really makes me see how sensitive my body is to certain foods. I'm so motivated to do good on this, that I have pretty much told everyone I hang out with that I'm back on this diet so hopefully I won't be put in that situation again.
I'm really trying to keep up with trying new foods so I don't get bored with it like I did the last time(s). I'm feeling great, and I'm so happy that I have been able to get this far since the last couple attempts at this WOE were total failures.
