Induction -- Day Thirteen!

Hey Buddies! Sorry I'm so late posting...the day was slipping away from me.

I hope everyone is fine...our two-week Induction is winding down and tomorrow will be the final day. I can't believe it has come and just about gone.

We made it and we're still alive!

Did you have anything to eat that was worth mentioning?

We had that Deep Dish Pizza last night and it was really good. Then today we made a shrimp and crab concoction for lunch (some cream, water, parmesan cheese, butter over shrimp and crab meat). It was more like a soup, but delicious! Yummy!

Nothing too exciting, just some eggs, bacon, and chicken so far today. I made a low carb quiche the other day from Linda's Low Carb Menu and it was pretty good. Very cheesy and filling.
