    Now, that's better

I lost 5 lbs during the first two weeks on induction, sorta expected that since everyone supposedly loses at a slower rate the second time around. But what a pleasant surprise that I lost 5 lbs during the third week. Total loss of 10 lbs in three weeks. Now, that I can live with. Yay me!! I think skiing for the day at Whistler on Saturday helped a lot. I was physically exhausted by 2:00pm and called it a day. That is a huge mountain to ski man. I do however not feel guilty that I dropped a couple of lbs on the hillside....

Better on the hillside than on you! Congratulations on a great three week achievement!
