I successfully lost 62 pounds last year and then just started "cheating" here and there. During vacation I didn't exercise and that just continued on through the year. I can't believe how subtle the old bad habits can just creep back in. I WANT to loose my last 61 pounds (regained 19 pounds since falling off the wagon) and am determined to do so this time. I contemplated trying another type of diet, but what really makes me come back to Atkins is how great it makes me feel - no hunger, positive moods, great energy - no other diet can do that!
