    I successfully lost 62 pounds last year and then just started "cheating" here and there. During vacation I didn't exercise and that just continued on through the year. I can't believe how subtle the old bad habits can just creep back in. I WANT to loose my last 61 pounds (regained 19 pounds since falling off the wagon) and am determined to do so this time. I contemplated trying another type of diet, but what really makes me come back to Atkins is how great it makes me feel - no hunger, positive moods, great energy - no other diet can do that!

    Welcome back and you made the right decision. Stick with something that you know works, is easy to do and makes you feel better and lose weight. Can't go wrong there. Best wishes for the second half of your journey!
