I have a very important question. I have read where the second time around you not loose as fast as you did the first time. Well, does that statement hold true if you quit this WOL over 2 years ago? I put the weight back on very slowly over the last few years and now I have hit the **** NO stage and decided to get back on track.
I loved Atkins the first time around because I didn't have to guess or count or any of that. If I was hungry I could eat...and the best part? I lost 10 lbs on induction and 2 lbs per week until the last 8 lbs which came off 1lb per week. I mean talk about moving scales!!
I did Atkins for two years, but as I stated, I stopped for over 2 years too. So, how will my body react to Induction this time around? I would also like to mention that this time around I actually gave up my coffee completely, not even having decaf, just some good old camomile and water, water, water. The first time around I only drank water down cyrstal lite .... I HATE water, but I have been forcing myself to have at least 64 oz of water a day...AND...I am not using ketostix this time...AND...I am not sneaking my nightly beer either. I am being much more GROWED UP LOL about this whole WOL.
