I had a tremendous 2nd day of induction yesterday, and am starting to feel a little fluish now, but other than struggling to take in enough water and veggies today, I'm OK. I can't believe my mouth already is starting to tast horrible! Well anyway, I hate wasting stuff, and I had this dannon sugar-free low-carb yogurt (3gramstotal), and I ate one today because I just bought the package last weekend & Didn't want to waste it. Should I just throw it away?
