    Ok Really Re-Starting now....

    OK so - I was gonna restart a few weeks ago, but then I had to help my grandmother a lot with doctor appointments and then went on vacation and a cruise in the last two weeks (THE ONE THAT GOT GI ILLNESS!!! UGH!!!) And yes, I was scheduled to get back on Atkins right when I returned.....Buuuuuut.....I ended up with GI illness and have not been able to eat for the last 4 days. TERRIBLE I TELL YOU!!!!

    So - now when I am all done with this nasty sickness( in the next day or two I hope) I am going restart clean induction. So this is just a check in to let you know I am still here and I will be up and posting again soon.
