I am starting induction on Monday. I feel like a beginner because I was on Atkins back in 1979 and lost over 100 lb. I remarried and was in a mess -- hubby was alcoholic and abusive. I ate as a way of hiding from the world what was happening to me. After 14 yrs I divorced him but was now so unhappy with myself I continued to eat - - I know it's not an excuse and I'm now ready to face my eating problems. I have also been diagnosed with hypoglycemia and hypothyroidism. I also am the caregiver for my sister who has Downe Syndrome and Alzheimers. I really need support and any help will be so appreciated. The person I see in the mirror isn't me anymore. I now have 133 lb to lose and NEVER find again! I know I can do this !!
