  • No Appetite?

Okay. So far, so good, but yesterday & today my appetite is just not there & it is a hassle making myself eat (whay am I not thrilled?). Anybody else dealt with this- I don't remember going through this the first time around. It's kind of aggravating!

Happens to me all the time. What a great thing. Eat when you are hungry. If you aren't hungry and it has been six waking hours since you ate, then eat a piece of cheese or meat or something. Doesn't have to be much, just enough to keep your blood sugar stable.

It is pretty normal for me too. It comes and goes.

yep it is a great side effect of Atkins eating and we use it to help us lose weight easily. remember Dr Atkins said only eat if you are hungry or it has been 6 hrs since you last ate and them have a small protein/fat snack with some of your carbs( veggies) it that holds you 6 more hours then you repeat it. you will not go into stavation mode missing a few full meals cause we fot a body full of fat to sustain us and our hunger will tell us it is time to eat a gain after a few of those small snacks.

        happy low carbing.
