    I would just like to say to everyone that even though I honestly thought I would never be able to stick to the Atkins way.....I DID IT!!!! Without reading all these post I don't think I could have done it. I'm not done yet, and won't be until I get down to my goal weight....135. I suffered through horrible headaches for 3 days and was very very tired...but with all of your support, I am happily doing better. I feel full of energy and have lost 14 lbs and 2 pant sizes. I just want to say..you guys are awesome.

        Came back 10/1 after losing 109 additional on Weight Watchers
        Weight on 9/30/07 239.8! Lowest EVER!
        If we aren't supposed to eat animals, why are they made of meat?
