    Ok here I am again. Determined as always. I dont know what gets me. I know that this WOE works, it worked for me before and I have kept off all the weight I lost. Problem is that is where I am stuck and haven't lost any more. I want to lose the last 36 pounds before summer. I tell myself each day that it is the day to start, then something finds it's way to tempt me and I say I will do it tomorrow. Tomorrow is here each day. How can I find the attitude I had last time when I did so good and lost the first half of the weight.

    now forget I said that. you are not the huge loser any more you are a new peeson with 30 pounds to go. Don't think of yourself as the person who has moved from your old before pic to now but as the before 30 pounds loss person. Looking at where you have been makes it easy to lose focus on where you need to get to. sooooooooooooo

    as a fly weight with only 30 pounds to go you can be a sucessful Atkins loser too! make sure you read your DANDR and eat only the acceptable foods for your phase. Since you seem to have trouble staying in ketosis and on plan a few days of induction eating to deepen your ketosis are in order then move back to your OWKL rung and be sure you track your foods. FITDAY.COM is a great tracking sofeware you can use for free. count every carb and make sure you write it as you do it cause you;d be surprised what foods and carbs brains forget they ate earlier. drink all your water, take your needed supplements and do the mandatory exercise part of your Atkins. We got lots of open enrollment exercise challenges going on in the exercise forum for you to join for some added motivsation.
    if you continue to have cravings for tempting foods then you need to examine the foods you are eating tosee if you have a triggering one even if it is Atkins legal.

      I had a REALLy hard time getting restarted I would only make it half a day then at dinner I would blow it if not before. So I wrote down a 3 day plan with lots of great low carb foods I really love like bacon, fried chicken no flour, homemade burgers that are thick and juicy with cheese and butter on califlower and made sure that I had lots prepared and then signed my plan. Its a contract with myself and I finally did it after the 2nd full day my feeling like giving in and starting tomorrow was gone...

          I am actually doing really good. I have made it to the end of my 3rd day now. I started on Thursday evening and it is now Sunday evening and I have not cheated, I am finally over most of the vicious cravings and hot flashes hopefully. I weighed myself Thursday evening and I weighed 175.8, just weighed myself again after a clean 3 days and 3 days of working out consistently and I weigh 169.4 so far so good. Just gotta keep going and not give into temptation. My biggest downfall is feeling like I need more to go with my meat, so used to french fries or chips or a side dish. I hate veggies so I am screwed there. Last night I have a salad with my burgers.
