    Starting back.

    After almost 2 months off of Atkins I have decided to give it another go. Thankfully I haven't gained anything, but unfortunately I haven't lost anything either. I am ready to recommit myself to the program..AND stick to it. I look forward to getting to know/re-know everyone here.
