  • My new mini-goal

    April 13 will be my two-year anniversary on Atkins. I was doing incredibly well until January of last year when DH took an out-of-town job and I slacked off the exercise. My lowest weight was 193 and as of yesterday I was up back at 206.

    My new mini-goal is to weigh 199 by April 13. That means that I need to decide how bad I want to see onederland again - am I willing to begin an exercise program?!

    I just wanted to make a public announcement so it will keep me on track. It can be done, I am absolutely certain, but if I have the true desire to do it remains to be seen. It seems incomprehensible that I would allow 7 lbs to interfere with my self-esteem, doesn't it?

      I dont know if it helps, but I just discovered swimming. I've NEEEEEEEEEEVER done any excercise, and this seems to be my thing. I learne about a month ago, and now I can do 1500 meters!

      I love not sweating, and it feels kinda private, nobody watching, I dont feel self-counscious!
