    3rd times a charm!!

    Well, I'm back, no excuses why I fell off the wagon...sweets are a downfall. I started yesterday back on Atkins and at 170lbs.

    I think I wooshed away in my sleep? Can that be wrong, the scale said this morning 165lbs.!!

    No matter what happened, it was only my first day back and I'm grinnin!

      Good for you getting back on the band wagon! Yes, sweets are too my downfall. I have decided that I do so much better if I just don't allow myself any at all. Too addictive for me. Great to hear about your whooshie! Hope one comes my way!

          OK OK I will release the whooshie fairy from Canada, you guys make sure you take good care of her cause I need her back to get through the Onderland door this week.
