Hello all! So today is the 6th day of my "reINDUCTION" to Atkins. So far I've lost 3 pounds.. I should preface that by saying I haven't worked out at all - we just moved into a new condo and I've been so busy moving, painting, unpacking that I haven't had time to hit the gym. I'm hoping to start soon though! Anywoo, I was a little worried that I'd lost my "golden shot" and Atkins wouldn't be as effective this time around. Does the fact that I've lost anything look promising?
