    yeay!
    first pound in 2 weeks, so exciting!!!

    good for you, for the wedding, i'd make sure you pig out before you go, make sure you're not even a little bit hungry.... and hope for a good veggie platter, worst case scenario, a couple of cheesesticks in your purse might be lifesaving...

    me, im not having as good a diet day as yesterday, since i did eeeextra excercise and increased the water, i was at least expecting to see the weight hold, but it actually went up justa litttle, not significant though.

    and i'm not going to be able to make it to the pool today, so, not as good. in any case i'll make it tomorrow

      Did pretty well at the wedding saturday night. Stuck to cheeses, caesar salad, couple meatballs and sausage, did have one breaded chicken nugget and one chocolate covered strawberry. I am not going to beat myself over that considering what I could have eaten. Scale didn't go up this morning so I am thinking I am lucky for that.

      Today has been good, ate well, got in 100 ab workout and 40 minutes bike riding.

        Wow! You are all doing so great!! I Envy you, jimenitayo, getting into all that swimming! Atkid, I won't say a thing about your nugget & strawberry - I've got a "snake in my pocket" (some chicken alfredo with penne pasta in my fridge that Mom insisted I take; and will I be able to get my son to try it (and eat all of it) or .... Stay tuned for the conclusion to this personal challenge...

        Been super busy at work with a new product launch, so can't be at the board as much right now. Still doing this challenge, but so busy have about lost track of what day it is. Good news is, muscles are replacing fat. Bad news, scales can really be annoying. Up 1 and I did not cheat!!

        2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
        but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

          Hi Ya'll! Boonie don't you eat that alfredo, you know you don't want to. If your son refuses it throw it away. Don't tempt yourself. You are losing so much better than I am, don't mess with that.

          Jimen~ I seen on anther post from a day or two ago that you are building some muscle that is great. Keep up the good work with the swimming and stuff.

          Think when I get done with this induction I will move into OWL. I am so wanting more veggies and salad.

          Today so far has been good, 2 eggs and bacon for breakfast, 2 hamburgers with cheese and mayo for lunch. Dinner will be a salad with veggies and a stuff pepper.

          30 minutes done on the EFX and 100 ab workout to be done later this evening.

            WHO-HOO! Finally get to say WHOOSH again! Must give credit to last couple day's menu being extra light on the total calories and not eating the alfredo dish left to rot in the fridge. Been alternating between roast chicken, beef liver with tomato & peppers, and beef heart in with some spring onions,mushroom & ginger; lettuce & cheeses on the side.

                Well... Guess this is the end of this 2X 2-week induction for me. 10 pounds off since end of Feb. - Definately I was hoping for more, but I do feel great, and know my muscle tone is better. Still have a long way to go, but am gonna give myself an OWL treat for 3 days, and THEN do the May 1-14 challenge and another exercise one. Thanks for all the great posts that helped me through! See ya'll round the forum!! Good job, everyone.

                  Same here boonie, today is last day. Ready to move to OWL, have to get my veggies.
                  Unfortunately I have not done as well as you have my loss for the full 4 weeks being 6 lbs.. I figured out yesterday through that it took me 3 months 2 weeks to gain the 23 extra pounds once I was waysided by the hurricane and it is taking me almost exactly to lose that same 23 lbs. Guess I couldn't ask for more than that.

                  Will be seeing you all around the boards! Have a Great Fat Burning Day!

                    thanks for all the support you guys,

                    I figured it out, and I lost 5.5 pounds in the 4 weeks.

                    a little disappointed in the numbers, but overall OK. I think i lost more volume than weight, my pants keep falling off!!

                    i'll wait til tomorrow to measure.

                    in any case, I got a muscle!!! incredible! goves me a whole different image of myself!
