My workplace, the local elementary school is challenging another elementary school to a biggest loser challenge.
I signed up and we start soon. This is my kick in the pants to walk on a daily basis and once again include exercise in my fight to lose this weight.
I have found as I work my way through this journey we call weight loss I can get easily bored and drop a part of the program to the way side. This challenge is the little pick me up that I need to ramp it up again.
No more maintaining a standstill. Time to begin to lose again. Time to whittle lots a inches.
Does anyone else feel this happens to them?
