I was on Weight Watchers and was so tired of being hungry so I switched to Atkins. Why do I get to day 3 and start getting really dumb thoughts like "I can't live without crackers forever!" or "I can't go without eating cake for the rest of my life"...and then fall off the wagon. Is this the cravings getting to me? Do you guys ever for special occasions have a piece of cake? Or does this mean...never again? Maybe if I can get past the thoughts of thinking I will never be able to eat certain foods again I will be ok.
