I am looking for challeges that start on or after April 16th. What are they exactly. How do you get in them. Where do you get in them. Who does them? That sort of thing.

Challanges start all of the time, most you can join in at any time. I am in the Stability ball abs and puch-up challanges and you can join whenever you are ready, just adjust your goal to how many days you have left in the month. Challanges are a fun way to keep you on track with you goals and get your exercise. They are listed under the challanges or exercise challange forums

Desserthorns' 2 Week Clean Induction chal. should be over in just over a week - then you could start one a few days after that; I'll probably need more induction therapy due to my metabolic resistance, so I can keep you company
