Can anyone tell me how to post a picture to my siggy? I can't get it to do right for the life of me.

If you want you can email me a pic of you and I will upload it using my photo bucket account.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
