I had followed induction and OWL up to the fruit rung all fairly well. Then things started to slide! I ended up gaining quite a bit back that I had lost
Well, my trip to Italy is rapidly approaching, so I am doing a clean 2 week induction, and then moving through the rungs again.
I honestly think that one of my biggest mistakes was not posting on the forums here. Without posting, it was easier to cheat because I never talked about it afterwards LOL. Updating my exercise tracker was a motivation, and ignoring it allowed me to slack a bit. Well, I'll weigh in on day 15 and go from there.
One question I do have: is there any place worse than Italy to go to for an Atkineer? LOL Pasta and bread galore. I'm a bit worried about how I'm going to manage while I'm there. I'm going to be there for 3 weeks. Suggestions?
