    Ode To Onederland

    I fought this fight for ages
    I fought it long and hard
    I knew I'd finally get there
    to break free of this lard
    So now the whooshie fairy
    Has said its now my time
    I stepped on the scale this morning
    And read 199!


    heh heh actually I lied, ADBB has been down for a couple days and I couldn't post my lil success story til now, so I am now 198. woohoo!

    Off to Hawaii everyone, will miss ya's, join my Onederland Party conga line would ya?

    High Fives all around, couldn't have done it without everyone who cares about me here at ADBB, Thank you!

                  Thanks guys! Well we are off to Hawaii, will miss you all! See you in two weeks! Everyone be good and stay on plan, I will post pics when I return. And if everyone stays on plan, I'll even don a grass skirt and learn to hula!

                            Terry!!!!! Where have you been my buddy? Well joy of joys I had a whoosh today and lost 3 pounds. Have been working out harder on the treadmill though to achieve these results. Very happy! How are you Terry? And whats new my STAC buddies?
