  • Whats For Dinner!

    I always love these threads!

My hubby went to our nephews birthday party today and ended up eatin Pizza, after 6 days of doing AWESOMe and losing 8 lbs. So I thought i'd get atkins friendly dinner all ready when he comes home so he doesnt have to worry about it!

Tonight i'm makin my favorite grilled chicken. Its SO good, I throw it on the grill still frozen, and once its thawed a bit I season it with Tony's cajun seasoning and garlic salt. Cook, turn, season the other side! SO yummy.

I also chopped up half an onion into big peices and sprinkled those with salt pepper and olive oil and threw them on the grill in some foil. Those are done already and they smell (and taste) awesome!

I side salad will probably go along with dinner.

What are y'all cookin up tonight?

Ah. dinner tonight is homemade pizza for everybody else. I have been grazing all day on cheese and veggies and meats for the trays for tomorrow. so I am not even hungry.

I made myself a taco salad with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, beef, black olives, and Linda's low-carb taco seasoning ( I LOVE her website). It is very yummy! My husband didn't want that so he had McDonalds-- YUCK!
