just finished my breakfast and thought i'd post the menu i'd planned for today, would love some feedback........
Breakfast-
-2 sausage links
- 1 egg
Snack-
-cheese cubes
-pepperoni slices
Lunch-
-Romaine lettuce wrap w/
-2 slices of ham
-1 slice of cheese
-1T cream cheese
Snack-
-carrot sticks
-celery sticks
-ranch dip
Dinner-
Hamburger patty w/
-1 slice of cheese
-lettuce
-1T mayo
*may have one more small snack if i feel i need it *(some celery or a few cheese cubes)
Please let me know if you think i need to add anything or take anything off.
Plan on drinking plenty of water....i didn't wean myself off caffiene, so will probably have a half of cup of coffee for the next couple of days and then get away for it completely. Half a cup is no where near what i would have before i started back on this woe, so just want a little today and less each day for a couple more days.
