My starting weight = 203 #s. My goal weight is 180 #s. Hopefully I can make this goal by Memorial Day weekend. That's around 4 #s per week to lose. Hopefully, I can stick to it! My husband has given me a great incentive - A 5k shopping spree once I reach my goal - WISH ME LUCK - I NEED ALL THE HELP I CAN GET!

I am sure that would help most of us to stick to plan!
