Goodmorning, I'm starting over as I stated because I lost weight on Atkins before, not a significant amount, just 40 lbs. but those 40 lbs. meant a lot to me being off. I noticed weight gain as my old habits crept up on me, slowly, but surely, I was off and running like a throughbred in the Kentucky Derby. But, I lost: CONTROL. I'm back and I'm fortunate to be a mom to wonderful, supportive teenagers, also to have great parents, friends and family whom all support me to do my Atkins program again. This time I must remember where I failed. As you can see in my profile, I enjoy shopping at one of my favs Walmart. I think a Walmart club here would be nice, and or besides that an internet club.
