  • Saturday- Being Good

    Today I'm being good. I had to share my tin of ice breakers sours with my kids, in order for me not to over indulge. I had 10 carbs from that (thats my only indulgence).

    Atkins Induction, clean. Ate brekfast. I find when I eat breakfast it really makes a difference in my day and way I react to food throughout it.

    I'm doing good just checking in.

    i find i do better when i post

    im wondering if ice-breakers are candy? if they are, make sure they're sugar-free, and even then stick to the 3 sweetener maximum per day...

    10 carbs also sounded like a lot... i think you're supposed to be getting most of your carbs from vegetables. did you get your 3 cups of veggies in today?
