  • end of 1st week of induction weigh in

well, 1st week of induction is over. i've been dying to get on that scale all week, but i resisted temptation and waited until this morning. when i stepped on the scale i was so happy to see i had lost 8lbs . i've stuck with the plan and no cheats. i feel great and seem to have alot of energy. due to a busy schedule i was not able to exercise everyday but was atleast able to get in a good brisk walk four days last week. hopefully i can increase my exercise this week. i drank atleast 100 oz of water everyday, some days a little more. I would like to thank everyone here at for all the wonderful support and i don't think i could have made it through the first week without you. reading the posts on here really kept me motivated and helped me stay cheat free. thank you all again.

I wish everyone on here much success as you strive to reach your goals and know that you can do this. just remember to drink your water, read the book, and read these message boards.

I have to admit, there was one thing i felt guilty about, there were a few times it seemed like i was on my computer too much. i felt like i should be doing some sort of activity anything else but sitting in my chair reading the boards on here and entering my menus on Fitday. i just can't seem to get enough though. but if that's all i have to feel guilty about i'm alright with that.

    I'M A LOSER!!!!!
