    Trying Again

Hello, well I done induction about 1 month ago and only lost 4 pounds. I got discouraged and lost my senses I went off atkins for over a week. Now I'm starting induction again. I hope to loose more this next 2 weeks. My husband says I didn't loose so much because my start weight was 150lbs. So it will take longer to get my weight dropping. Is this true? well I want to be 125 by July. Wish me luck!!!

To my knowledge, that is correct. The less you have to lose, it will be a little slower in coming off. Sounds like your goal is doable though. Even if you don't meet the number goal by your July date, you will probably see a huge difference, especially if you are exercising and toning as you lose.

    Good luck!
