    (RE)INDUCTION DAY 2

    Meals & Exercise:
    B: Coffee, 1 HB egg, 2 glasses of water
    L: Bacon & Provolone Omelette, 4 glasses of water
    D: Bacon & Provolone Omelette & 3 glasses of water
    Total water for the day: 9 glasses
    Total exercise: 1 hour Yoga

    I didn't have time to prepare dinner, and the hubby cooked sausage and rice, so I quickly made another omelette. Is this bad? I plan on eating more fish and chicken the rest of the 2-week Induction.

    omelettes are fine - I often make one when I have no time to cook.

    Remember the 3-4 ounce limit on cheese though.

    You didnt mention your veggies - 3 cups of them needed to get all your nutrients and fiber in!

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
