Since it so difficult to re-start induction for me, I'm trying to find ways to motivate myself. After all, that's one great component that will lead to success in this way of life. So I am going to start a collage. Not online, although that does sound like another idea. I am going to get a blank book w/ thick pages and cut out my ideal body. I will write motivating quotes and phrases. I will include tips and workouts. And I will keep the book with me (i know carrying it around will be tedious) throughout the day when I feel like giving up. That's being prepared!

good for you keep a pic of you before in there too and if you are ever tempted and seeing the goal you doesn't set you straight look at it and ask yourself why you want to let her back in your body. worked great for me.by the book atkinseer
