    Hello chaps!

It's me again, i doubt anyone will remember me but hello! I'm back on Atkins from Monday (when I can go food shopping). I'm quite apprehensive, actually. It was so costly when I first did it and my financial situation's quite bad at the moment.

But I'm 150 now. I lost 32lbs on Atkins and I've gained back quite a bit. I accept now that low-carb is the only way for me.

I'm scared of induction- I've tried to get back on Atkins a few times before but fell off very early. Boredom at work, lack of funds all push me towards cheapo pasta and the like. It's done it's work- now I'm fatter than I was and feeling pretty damn shitty.

My boyfriend is helping me with exercising, I do a few simple ones at night now and walk a fair bit. Still, the scale is crawling up, time to stop it!

    So, er, hello!

My dad died last week so I'm off plan again. I spent all my money getting home to see him so can't actually afford to eat onplan. I'll be back.

          Re: Back again

sorry for your loss. While you are off plan try to choice your carby foods wisely to minimize the carb harm like whole grain instead of white, veggie pasta instead of white, lower GI veggies instead of high glycemic indexed veggies.

As 2big suggested, if you can keep off the white flour and starchy veggies and sugar till you feel able to get back on the Atkins train it will make life easier for you.
and keep reading ADBB even if you dont feel like posting here too.
