    Misterious scale... jumped to goal!

    i must have "jinxed" the scale last night. I dared it on a post, saying i wasn't going to make it to my mini goal today.... it finally moved! to the 20 pound mark!
    I've been stuck about the same weight for 2 weeks!
    this has been my longest stall, and today, on goal day, it finally jumped!

    no complaints over here!!

    Fantastic! Miss Whoosh Fairy came to me last night also (after making a call out for her on post here yesterday)! Feels good doesn't it? Way to go Jim keep up your good work!

        1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
        what the rungs mean to me:
        rung 1 - more veggies
        rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
        rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
        rung 4 - berries, melon
        rung 5 - wine -
        rung 6 - beans, hummus
        rung 7 - other fruits
        rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
        rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
        Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
        (on to pre-maintenance)

                  Congrats on sticking it out thru a stall, I know how frustrating that can be. Thanks for posting and reminding us that we WILL get what we want if we just stick to plan!!

                        thanks guys... it really helped hearing about other people's stalls. it was especially frustrating because i wa soooooooooooooo close to my minigoal. i was at 18 2 weeks ago! and to be extra safe, i made the 20 lb goal a safe 2 weeks away....and the nothing
                        nooooothing
                        a full 2 weeks of up and down the same 8oz.... and then the vary day! ha!

                        and today it wasn't mean at all, stayed within .2lbs, which doesnt count in my book. it looks like this whoosh is gonna stick. yay!!

                        thanks for all the support, this "stall" would have been hard without you guys
